This delicious Black Forest Torte is totally hand-made with multi layered with a chocolate base and a layer of sour cherry jam in the middle and then topped with another layer of chocolate cake and finished with a layer of fresh cream. To top it off is an extra layer of ganache on top and finally finished off with chocolate flakes and decorated with fresh cream and glace cherries.
